Conor Devine MRICS
Conor is one of the founding members of GDP partnership. Over the last twenty years, he has been advising commercial property owners, occupiers, developers, PLC’s, government departments and financial institutions on all aspects of their real estate holdings. A strategic, progressive and critical thinker, he is determined to continue to assist people with their challenges, with direct, pragmatic, and results driven advice.
James Gibbons LLB
Principal and Director of GDP Partnership. James' legal expertise extends across many fields, including company and commercial law, banking and financing. James has a very unique approach to solving problems and providing platforms for individuals and companies to prosper. Recently, he has delivered in excess of £100m refinancing for a client exit from a loan sale. This work continues.
Peter Torrens
Peter has had a career in Corporate Banking spanning 38 years culminating in Regional Director role for Santander in Northern Ireland. He followed this with launching one of the first digital banks to operate in the UK.
Joining GDP Partnership in 2018, taking up the position of Head of Client, he has successfully contributed in making Clearpath Finance become the number one alternative lending platform in Ireland.Peter’s background and experience gained over his professional career now positions him as one of the key members of the Corporate Restructuring and Finance Team, finding solutions for business owners in these challenging times.
